Sure, and I know chart people usually are able to see patterns and make predictions.. But since October/November when I bought and started alerting... I've had all kinds of people tell me I'm too late, it's going down, they ran too hard already, chart says this and that...
Here we are from $0.05 to $0.67 (with a run to $0.95).
The news and updates can and has absolutely override the chart patterns. After all, OWCP shouldn't even be this cheap to start with... Not with what they have going for them.
That's why I bought in October. That's why I added in November. That's why I added in January at 0.545. That's why I'll add next week, even if it's $1.15+...
What OWCP has in the near-future pipeline will get the PPS far, FAR higher than $1.15 by Quarter 2. Whether the product drops in April, May, or June... The chart can't hold it down then.
But, yes, if the news doesn't come... Delays occur... The chart may be right.
