Look at the Chanel I have flipped this 3 times now 0087 to .0195 first the 0144 to 0197 then 150 to 0195 vndm will not let this go above 2

I completely agree. And what you are telling me tells me that you know when to get in and when to get out.
I was really hoping $PHOT will break the .02 barrier this time. She did not. Perhaps with the next wave. Time will tell.
