You could always put your money in the bank. You have stated you don't own shares. Obviously you are trying to bring the price down. Move along there are Nasdaq stocks for people who are scared.

I understand in general how the offering works without having the details in particular for this one on hand. I've already stated I plan on continuing to add from the float. To clarify, they will be as well... But they also find a possible discount appealing as they have high averages, but want to save buying power.

That's where the question comes from, they're trying to explore all options before investing more. In addition what I was saying is if it is possible to combine money, I would also consider adding funds with them to get some myself some if the deal is right. If I couldn't afford to lose $25,000 I wouldn't be playing this game.

We are also aware that this company is a ways out still, and if they continue moving forward and we agree with their plans/transactions along the way we will be holding for over a year anyways. I evaluate my position all the time.. Happy so far after the Enertrade deal

This turned into a very complex question, I will let them forward it to the appropriate parties. Let's just forget I mentioned it and let the board get back to DD lol
