The link you provide only shows that 5,000,000
of Class C Preferred shares were transferred
to Robert Weber.

If you look on Pages 3-4 in the following link
you will see that there is/was also 5,000,000
each of Class A and Class B of Preferred shares.
There is showing 145,000 still left in Class A and
zero left in Class B - as of Sept 30, 2016.
