Who said anything about fraud? Seymour did not state explicity that the samples were sent to Moffat. He said NNVC is waiting for the results.

Now, when the time comes and we are all asking why there have been no results announced, Seymour's response will be: "I never said we sent samples. I said we were waiting for the results."

In the real world, it would be a given that when one is "waiting for results," the lab actually would have received the samples and results would be forthcoming.

But in the NNVC fantasy world, it's a whole different game. Seymour lacks transparency and clarity. This has been agreed upon by both proponents and opponents of NNVC for many years.

Let's hide and watch. It's going to be fun seeing Seymour try to squirm out of this one.

When someone claims to have cured the "near totality of all lethal viral infections" TWELVE YEARS AGO, touting the entire time his ability to create new billion-dollar drugs in a matter of weeks...

and after 12 years of missing each and every deadline..

spending $70 MILLION and still not producing even one candidate good enough to be a preclinical lead...

well, it's a scam. The only "drugs" that exist are these imaginary ones Seymour and Diwan have used to defraud the investing public:

ME NEITHER LEIFSMITH.....

NNVC has been clever on this front. They do not meet the legal definition of fraud and as far as "fraud" is concerned, that's all that matters.

Unethical yes, fraudulent, most definitively not.

I assume we are dealing with incompetence, combined with the over optimism that often accompanies incompetence.
