SEC don't always post matters that are under investigation until all details are in and they have a solid case for prosecution. I learned that few years ago on another company and stock that had a former Bear Stearns VP (Chris Esposito / Boston, MA)aka Lionshare Ventures aka Lionshare VC who created a scheme with other parties and used I-Hub to orchestrate it through then to steal monies from Investors too. Long story short regarding my involvement, is I had many texts on my old cell phone from that Esposito trying to get me to give private $$$ for him to give me Insider stock for a supposed IPO he was wanting to do and I refused, he got very angry and threatened me and my family, etc as he did others, and when SEC Investigators reached out to me and others, they asked if I'd mind sending that cell phone to FBI crime Lab in DC, which I did, to extract info he sent me then on my phone...
