IMO, without a single doubt, SequestOx would have been approved in Jul 2016 by the FDA Commissioner Dr Margaret Hamburg if she had stayed on.

FDA Commissioner Dr Margaret Hamburg was the guiding principles for all of SequestOx's trials in 2014/2015. $ELTP followed exactly what she requested.

There is not a single doubt whatsoever IMO that Dr. Robert Califf purposely stiffed SequestOx approval in Jul 2016 for the purposes of benefiting Pfizer Troxyca in Aug 2016!

Agree. Fortunately, whether this was planned before or as a result of the CRL, we now have more irons in the fire in the form of heavy hitting generics being filed on a regular basis.
