sincere DD must include the fact that the HailYes apps do not work and never have worked.

that includes the fact that the HailYes app has been downloaded fewer than 500 times and the HailYes Driver app has been downloaded fewer that 1,000 times.

June 26, 2015 and September 17, 2015 were the release dates for the two apps. they did not function on deployment and they were never updated.

unfortunately, real sincere DD regarding HailYes doesn't benefit shareholders.

suggesting there have been millions of downloads or that the broken app is being licensed are outright wrong and false.
