The fact that the stock did not revisit $2.00 again is positive. I think we have some early entrants or newly unrestricted shares entering but thats just my feel based on the trading and relative bid/ask sizes.
Not sure I understand that recent Form 4. Supposedly disposed of I recall 30k shares in the last week but at a price of $2.00.
Looks to me like KSHB has a floor in at 2.50. There's some folks with shares that want out, maybe people with shares from previous financings (speculation based on what I see in the offer which seem to be above the normal retail size for this stock).
