After doing Additional Research on Tobias and the recently filed Insider Sales, I've decided to steer clear of this. There are other better plays, that don't have so much scrutiny.
Tobias Acquired 100k Shares at 0 cost basis and immediately started to unload.
A 2nd insider acquired 50,000 shares at a 0 cost basis, as well.
That's $1.2 million in stock!!!
It was a great trade, based on the technicals alone, but I'm not so sure on a longer hold considering the CEO's questionable history and affiliations.
