Nah,your not wrong. Anytime someone comes sailing into a ticker and CLAIMS they need to dilute to 11 BILLION shares for the good of the company and share holder value it's nothing more than a PUMP and DUMP.
Right now their just trying to DUMP as many of those FREE 11B shares that they can (not many takers though)and then when supposed "restriction" runs out on those 4B shares bought for a song (average pps of 0.00002) the BS PR will start it's run.
Whoever has them will cash out of this SHAM an instant millionaire even if they sell at 0.0003. Each tick above 0.0003 is an additional $400,000 in profit. Once that happens this ticker will go cold and dark forever.
