IMO, licensing has always been the route they thought would happen, but they would definitely take the right buyout too. Licensing can happen anytime. It's all about size upfront and structure on back end and who the partner is. This will determine the spike. The right licensing deal and many of us can see 200%. Ultimately the market will decide on the excitement of any deal news. Everyday a hoard of traders go after few stocks and send them flying. Will the pr make that happen. That's the question. I'm talking trading the float 2x or greater in a day. I hope so but no guarantees at this point.
