Buckeye: that is the first time I've ever seen the name, DNAPrint Pharmacueticals Inc. Since your post, I've searched the SEC, Florida, Utah, and California corporate databases and cannot find any corporation registration or other financial report bearing that name. I would guess it to be a wholly owned subsidiary (corporate shell) of DNAP's and it may have been created just to do business with that particular company or with a certain number of companies. That is pretty common. It may be incorporated in another state for whatever reason. Ifida, W2P, Ming, or anyone else? ? ? Have you found anything about it?

OT: by the way, my license plate is 1OHIOST. :-)
