call me crazy...but I think the float is getting closer and closer to being 'locked' to a certain extent. 15 mil in volume is really not that heavy compared historically for this ticker. The volume in the last 15 minutes was not that significant either. I just think as more and more investors are 'holding' it is harder for mm's to find shares for sale when volume does spike even a little. That is why the bid, ask and mark numbers were all over the place at EOD. just IMHO
