A real MM would have no reason to cap a stock!

However, WDCO is a brokerage house reputed to take share certificates and clear them for pink dilutors...

There is rarely proof... certainly not with a gagged TA... but one would never welcome WDCO on the ask with a never-ending 10k block in a pink stock one is holding!
