Indeed, not only does it repay the loan and interest but it also cancels SPSPA which includes not only the 1 billion in senior preferred stock being cancelled but also the 79.9% stake in the common stocks of both companies.


If this bill goes through then it'd be huge for stockholders


but that being said, a few other versions have already been through congress and failed to pass.


So... keep your fingers crossed but dont get your hopes up.
