Right and last 8k on company letterhead clearly states Ken is out.

Kens other shells are not doing well at all and Medican is on the move so my guess is Ken is up to his old slick tricks and trying to screw things up.

I see dates are incorrect but the filing date should be correct right?,, 8K is filed atleast by someone at this time. According to this latest 8K, Kelvin is out

This is exactly why I am confused... No one seems to be able to put the pieces together. Kelvin was supposed to take over, 8k is dated this year, but referencing 2015 and talking the removal of Kelvin... Something shady is happening... I'm still lost.
