I'm probably wrong but I think I remember reading somewhere that shareholders of Nevada pinks dont have a right to vote on issues.

If the co. is registered in Nevada then I believe they don't need shareholder approval to carry out scandalous acts like toxic financing, increase in authorized shares, reverse splits, etc.
