And "if" they issue duplicate shares will we be able to trade ASAP? or have to hold for 6 month to a year?

I'm wondering so I have 10000 shares of VPOR threw optionhouse.com do I have to do anything or will I automatically have 10000 shares of the spin off company in my account?
