I believe at the very end of the presentation today he said it was 12.5 billion. I have to listen to it again once it's uploaded, but I remember hearing 12 being mentioned.

"You wouldn't happen to know the O/S here would you? With a 25 billion A/S, I'm thinking 7.3 billion O/S numbers are also off."

The last filing with 0TC, which was for Q3, stated 7.4 billion O/S.

Since then, based on large pulses in trading which COULD represent dilution, the O/S could be as high as about 10 billion. No one here on iHub has any way to be sure.
