I agree with you. What I also noticed while watching is that there are very few flippers here. When you have a low float stock with smart traders who actually know what they're holding and a company positioned for huge growth, you have a fueling rocket ship. Don't find many of these so when you do, better buckle up for the ride of your life.

LOI for $1.4M front costs for the mall aren't given to just any company. The financiers obviously believe that GIGL will have enough pull to bring back multiples of that $1.4M in their restaurant and foot traffic mainly to visit stores in the mall.
