WDCO - the numbers.
WDCO is a recurrent concern. I agree that it has been on the ask size and that it methodically lowers the prices but more by inducing players to sell than by selling itself shares.
I checked (again) the numbers:

2016 total volume : 125.2M shares but there is a mistake in August on the website, correct number is 132.4M
2016 December volume: 13.3M
2016 December WDCO volume: 1.5M (11.2%) volume 2016 11.4M shs
So if all trades of WDCO were sales in 2016, this is "only" 11.4M shs....Let's say with an average price of 0.03, this is 345'000 USD.
