Mopar...at this juncture the deal would have to be contingent upon acceptance. In order to satisfy the filing requirements you would have to have a valid agreement in place that your going to be using that specific plant for manufacture. so my guess is we hear 1 PR of the FDA acceptance and within a day or two the deal.
of course we could just get one PR indicating both at the same time. just my hunch.
