Good morning Bernardsamuel,
There is always a word or two inserted which can provide a legal escape, that is what lawyers do best. In every investment there is the possibility of things not working out as expected, that is just how business goes sometimes. My focus remains on how undervalued I believe the stock is and my own expectation that it will trade significantly higher in the next few weeks. However the asset purchase agreement ends up being structured is almost irrelevant to me as long as it is actually completed.
I trust the management here (rare for me on the OTC) and with the Winthers large shareholdings it brings their interests in line with that of other shareholders like myself.
I appreciate other points of view as long as facts are being presented. Right now management is in a quiet period so we can only go on what has been filed in the 8K. Of course there can be slightly different interpretations of the filing and its implications, so that discussion is always welcome.
I have my shares and will hold them until the Asset Purchase Agreement is completed. How much it may bring in is just guesswork but IMO it will be significantly higher than the current share price.
Always nice talking to you,
Knife
