Stock Listings and doing business in a state are 2 separate transactions. They don't do business in Nevada, and don't have employees there, don't have to pay work comp, fica, or pay into SSI, or pay state taxes there, so as far as I know they don't need to register with the secretary of state, But the Stock is registered there and is also in compliance with the OTC. I own a business and am an employer.
