Yes, according to Florida Sect. of state the merger is complete and the name officially changed to Newgen Concepts, Inc.

As far as I'm aware the product line is still under the umbrella of Newgen Concepts until such time when they spin-off the Vape segment of Total Vapor products -- however until then it will be operated as a subsidiary.

I'm hoping since they've recently completed showcasing the Easy Grinder in LA, that we will get a detailed update soon on both segments that includes Vape/CBD + SimpleCork.

What I've noticed since the recent legalization in Florida, that they seem to be putting a lot of emphasis on the subsidiary (Total Vapor) with new products like CBD and a newly designed Grinder, so I'm wondering if they're contemplating getting more involved with dispensaries, or possibly applying for a license at some point since it's literally in their back yard, where before they were hesitant to have any direct connection due to regulations.

I'm purely speculating, but since they're an established public company already familiar with the marijuana segment, and were already producing pens for CO dispensaries that they could easily build relationships that could turn out to be quite profitable.

The ticker $VPOR will be changed as well, but not sure of the timing on that.
