One question - the 8k states "the shareholders of Plandaí SA received 100,000 shares of ProText Series D Preferred Stock in exchange for 100% of the issued and outstanding capital of Plandaí SA."

Since TXTM already had close to 2 billion O/S, how much do these 100,000 shares of Protext Series D Preferred Stock add to the O/S total ? In other words, what is the dilution to current stock holders ? If the market cap of this company becomes say 10 million $, is the SP = 10 million $ divided by 2 billion shares or something else ? How do the shareholders of Plandai SA benefit directly ?
