Actelion is, of course, a public company with its primary listing on an actual stock exchange, the Swiss SIX Exchange, with a market cap, even before acquisition, north of $20 billion.
Its OTC listing was solely to allow US investors to access the stock via an unsponsored ADR, and there is no valid comparison to be made with OTC penny stock CTIX.
