That's correct, my bad:

200,000,000 shares of UNGS will translate to 400,000 shares of GCC. So yes, 400,000 shares x $.25 = $100,000 in GCC's worth with your initial $20,000 investment in UNGS at $.0001 PPS.

So you will start off with a minimum of $120,000 after divvy takes effect, and that is if UNGS is still at $0.0001 PPS on the divvy date.
