the PR needs to be read 10x lol!...it's got tons of data. Bottom line to me is there are no promises of recovery in that PR. There is an effort to attempt to recover and a fair amount of publicity for Fan's Taiwan distribution company QTNAsia which looks like it has nothing to do with us....from what I can interpret....

Well it looks like the fun period is over. LOL. All good points....but when you are starving, any morsel is satisfying.

One initial question is why Cinemax would turn over 20 percent of its company for TMM. What does TMM own that could warrant the issuance of any shares? The answer is most likely nothing so it must be Fan's connection with Cinemax.

I'm also curious as to where all the liabilities go. Is Cinemax assuming the liabilities since they are "buying" the parent company.

Finally, again Fan's connection with Obion must come into play because why would Obion want anything to do with the Q's putrid shell when they can most likely get a cheaper and cleaner shell.

Time will tell but for now, something may not be better than nothing but at least it keeps us going on IHUB...and at this point, that may be the only real value in this company.

fan never filed or attempted to file for BK. I hope you are as smart as most think of you so please don't use the board for references on your resume.

I do hope you get paid - soon.
