That is not possible without issuing billions of shares, up to perhaps close to the 200B reflected in the amended articles Tracy filed.

The great thing is no RS.. and perhaps they don't need to issue shares anyway... meaning no huge liabilities or no debt at all.... they can buy back shares... anytime
