Mopar.....Yes, I personally never saw the need to state "I have inside information" "I heard from a buddy" Honestly, if that is true, we have bigger problems as the SEC would be ultimately investigating for the leak on trade violations. so, me personally, I never found it helpful when someone says they have it. it would rather be a big red flag as to pending doom coming from the upcoming investigation LOL.
So with that being said, without attacking whether it's truly insider information, I stick too, how likely is the information?
a buyout at this juncture is pre-mature in my opinion. however, most rumors are based on some truth somewhere that gets distorted. so.....we all know IPCI is in negotiation with potential partners. we know because they said it in their last presentation that Podras will be included eventually with Rexista. this tells me the potential partner has first refusal. one can make a logical guess that at some point in those talks one would discuss how much would it take to just outright buy it. so they would get Podras.
so these are just logical conclusions that anyone can make without the need to say its from an inside source or they heard regardless if they did or not.
Personally, I'd rather just discuss the pro's and cons as to if someone would make an offer at this point rather than trying to call someone out on something we cant prove or disprove either way but in the end I hope he's dead wrong as we dont need a SEC violation now.
