I honestly do not think this sticky is fair whatsoever. It's not even true.

What is unverifiable? You can confirm 10k audit by emailing the auditors. You can confirm the coking coal contract by emailing American Steel Industries. You could even confirm the infomercial production for Sannabis by emailing the video production company. You can sit here and claim nothing is verifiable but it is.

We are only missing the 2015 and 2016 10k which is explained in the "letter to shareholders" PR.

Our limited cash resources were used to build two businesses, mining and Medical Marijuana products in Colombia. Going forward as we generate revenue from several businesses, we don't anticipate this happening again as we aim to trade on a higher exchange..."

We have a number of documents that prove NEWC is legitimate. The permit application, the agency comments, the letter from the President, the joint mining venture, the coal contact, the rock crusher purchase, the land titles, the mining approval by the mining agency, etc. Many of these legitimate documents used to be stickies.

It is only a matter of time.
