I'm not a Professional buddy but just a trader ... so that's just my personal opinion what i think not a official buy recommendation ... better you do your own DD or consult someone Professional in Finance ... IMO ... time is now to take position otherwise miss the train .... better you can start with 20-25% of of money now which you want to invest as whole .... and get idea where it goes and how was you decision of entry now ... I you like my advise then slap me with a follow and I'll slap back to you

It's high is over .05, so not sure where you're getting that it's at it's high.
