Inovio (INO) has had numerous name changes, about as many as Elizabeth Taylor had marriages. Throughout all these permutations innocent investors lost their money, lured in by about 1,000 PR's. Why would anyone invest in a company with a 33 year track record of abject failure- not one product produced. The SEC needs to shut this "company" down for the public good.
