I agree. Won't be long.

I haven't bothered to check the filings to see the terms of the debt. But, as I said, they'll likely be raising the A/S sometime soon... by 10-30x.

74m shares at under .002 is about 35 billion. The shares converted and reported in the 1/20 8-k were at .0019, I think.
