I haven't seen anything on the Docket that gives any cause for concern.

I'm going with simply a lull in the action in Court gives reason to play with the price.

I don't see a cause for the dip other than another prolonged period of uncertainty. Seems like a news vacuum after the Judge ordered the Debtors POR exclusivity extension. Some folks may be trading in and out trying to put their funds to best use in other ways if they figure no movement here for a few months. This is just guessing and assumption in the end, so just take it for what it is. Market makers as well, as you say, sure could be.
