Yes, questioned... but he, and others, should be prosecuted for any laws they broke.
McGann, Liscouski, Turmelle, Duschenes... they all knew what was going on. They all played a role in letting this all happen.
The real victims of this fraud (shareholders) should be protected by the Judge, US Trustee, and the Equity Holders Committee. That should be the top priority.
But, a close second and my sincere hope, is to ensure that none of these 4 guys (along with PP/DMRJ) benefit one penny from the fire sale of IMSC to L3. And, if found guilty of criminal activity, they face justice.
For better or worse, I think this is going to be settled. That might mean more per share for shareholders. Again, that's my top priority too. But, it will be a tragedy if these guys are not held responsible for what they've done.
