I remember this post from just over a month ago...LOL. Mid .30s are easily obtainable with the dilution underway here. Every single day it loses 3-5% of its value.

They have 300M Authorized.

Was at 68M in Jun, then up to 133M in Dec. They currently display 137M but that is lagging.

They are diluting/converting and dumping hand over fist. I truly believe they are working with insiders to unload the security and dilute all the way to 300M and fully dilute this pig. At that point, they will execute a 1 fo 2 or 1 for 3 R/S, hand it to the investors then actually try to leverage the agreement to grow some share price at the end of year or next year early.....

In short, they are selling out the company for the next year...
