Agreed! I would much rather sell a billion shares to pay debt way down here before the news hits ( even if it is a billion shares or so, tan sell it into a rally. Convertible debt can kill any rally because the debt holders will sell no matter what the price or the prognosis. This was we have strong hands when news hits.
