They don't have to wait. The insiders have enough voting rights to enact it immediately. Just like when the A/S was doubled to 4 billion.

I don't want to sound gloomy, and I hope BETS makes it...
But, they are doing an R/S - that is bad, bad news.
My hope was that once the LOC was in place they could work something out and bring down the share count via buy backs / share retirement.
From previous experiences once a company does R/S, the shareholders end up loosing everything.....
It had a great potential, just wasn't meant to be...
