So it's somewhat of a joint effort, where UMG has to take the first initiative:
["So the idea is mainly they have to market to their own sub-labels. So at the parent level they tell the sub-labels that they want them to use us but we still have to go out and train them"]
Improving usability would help, as it reduces the required training. This is also something they're working on but no immediate fix I'm aware off.
