I did notice that. All lands assigned to that particular zoning, being industrial have that per acre value. And until developed, makes sense. Now if it were subdivided for sale and development, it might be higher as I've seen another property adjacent to it assessed higher. But $46k is ludicrous. That may be an estimated value of the land AFTER construction but using that value at this point is misleading.
