A 'classic pump and dump' CEO would talk up the PRs, say over and over big news is coming, and the PR would says something like 'potential' 'promising' and 'optimistic', these PRs are real.
Real name change.
Real expansion.
Real product changes.

Now all we need are real numbers and this is going to explode.
