That little 10K loan better show payed

off in the 1st quarter 10Q report

from CWIR when its due out

in May or so...

Or its just a little sd vi pump

about not much...

Seems like the developer stars

of Inqubus would still be with

CWIR after any spin off activity...

And past efforts at Inqubus aren't

what current CWIR shareholders

would be focusing on if there

is to be any company growth...

Maybe the road is clear for

better focus on new projects...LJ
