A good update? Demonstrates to me how full of @#$# Ron is. How long has SWET been at it and Ron still doesn't know what the project design will be?

And who's doing this "experimenting"? SWET has no staff so it's not being performed in-house and SWET's broke so it can't afford to pay to have it done. And how are any of the "complications" referred to in the article new?
