A few thoughts/responses:
1. They have always been in bed with Fortress, so nothing new here. And the terms are not nearly as onerous as some other deals that Fortress has done in this space.
2. With respect to the FH shareholders update, they are now a merely a holding a company with almost all material patent assets divested. So any comparisons between MARA and FH are no longer relevant.
3. Ask yourself, have you had more financial success and do you have the same access to information regarding MARA as Jeff Feinberg? He just put several more million dollars into this company and now owns an even larger chunk. Why would a guy with a great financial track record do such a thing?
4. Ask yourself, are you more savvy in this space than IPhawk? Unless I am incorrect, he is still a shareholder. Why?
5. Ask yourself, have you had more success in business than Spangenberg? Why did he decide to devote his full time work to this company? Who has more to gain/lose here...you or him?
6. Ask yourself, do you know anything about 3dnano? Have you done any research? What is the potential upside there?
7. Ask yourself, why did GM decide to partner with Mara? Is there value there?
8. Ask yourself, if you don't believe in this company anymore, why not simply sell your shares and move on?
Guys -- I am frustrated as well. We all are. It is going to take time for MARA to complete the pivot that it has been gradually making. But either you believe in the long term value / possibilities or you don't. I do and thus I am still here. If you don't, nobody will be upset if you sell your shares and move on. But the constant complaining is adding no value to this message board.
