With a little positive news this could take off & run, IMO.
It's been lying dormant for over a year so Starkman has
had plenty of time to put something together for RMRK.
Also, there may not be so many one-tick flippers here,
as many of us are holding from higher levels with hopes
of at least breaking even or possibly a small gain.
