...yeah many companies have litigation against them, or pursuing litigation of their own: standard fare, and those things take months and years in the courts if not thrown out first. By that time though, many things could happen, new deals done, twists and turns....and the pps could hit .01 or more. Especially if we keep getting this kind of volume.
