The news does outline:

Using the assumptions described above, we could be required to issue up to 4,297,150,706 additional shares of common stock pursuant to our existing plans, securities and contracts.

Considering it was drafted on the 20th (pre or post close?) Depending on that the amount of shares necessary to issue to dilute to pay off ALL outstanding debt up to this point in preparation for the future is at minimum at this moment 87% less than it was a day earlier considering the SP increase today. If it were drafted prior to the move on Friday, then it is even less. I fully expect a bloodbath tomorrow if nothing significant in regards to contracts or anything else is released, but again, I won't be going anywhere.
